What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Henderson Branch?
At our branch in Henderson, we have openings for both Junior Network Administrators and Senior Network Administrators. As a Junior Network Administrator, your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide telephone support and problem resolution, identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform network diagnostics, and provide support to the IT team. Additionally, you will provide remote IT support using remote control software and support various hardware such as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and network equipment. As a Senior Network Administrator, your role will be similar to that of a Junior Network Administrator, but with additional responsibilities such as ensuring company standards are followed, assisting Helpdesk Administrators, and overseeing the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems.
