What will you do as a Safety Trainer at our IES Communications' Henderson Branch?
As employees of IES in Henderson, our Safety Trainers are responsible for fully supporting all safety policies, procedures, programs, and federal and state standards, ensuring compliance with IES Safety policies, conducting trade-related safety training, delivering training in the classroom through various methods, administering exams and performance evaluations, maintaining safety records and reports, coordinating safety training for management and field personnel, identifying and addressing competency gaps, conducting safety audits and investigations, developing safety action plans, and upholding the IES Safety Culture.
