What will you do as a Recruiting Manager at our IES Communications' Las Vegas Branch?
As employees of our Las Vegas branch, our Recruiting Managers are responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts with internal teams and hiring managers. They develop recruitment strategies that include job posting, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. They identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, and manage the recruitment process from initial assessments to interviews and offers. Our Recruiting Managers also provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR teams, and may develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention. They use social media, job boards, and other technical means to source candidates, and participate in employment events such as career fairs and college visits. They also use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
