What will you do as a Recruiting Specialist at our IES Communications' Las Vegas Branch?
Our branch in Las Vegas is seeking a Recruiting Specialist who will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. This individual will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy that includes various methods such as job posting, job board procurement, and digital and non-digital employment marketing. They must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with little or no supervision, while also preserving confidential information. The Recruiting Specialist will identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, manage the recruitment process from initial assessments to interviews and offers, and counsel candidates on corporate benefits and the corporate environment. They will also utilize social media, job boards, and internet sourcing to find potential candidates and participate in employment events. Additionally, they will use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants throughout the selection phase and onboarding process. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
