What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Reno Branch?
Our branch in Reno is currently seeking candidates for two positions: Junior System Administrator and System Administrator. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide first and second level telephone support, and identify and resolve computer system malfunctions. Additionally, they will provide remote IT support and maintain server and endpoint protection. The System Administrator, on the other hand, will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will perform similar tasks as the Junior System Administrator but will provide second and third level telephone support, respond to user needs and questions, and perform network troubleshooting. Both positions require assisting with server maintenance and other assigned responsibilities.
