What duties do our Warehouse employees do at our IES Communications' Reno Branch?
As employees of our branch in Reno, the Fabrication Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the P&L, forecasting and managing staffing needs, developing and managing internal orders, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, forecasting Capex for tooling needs, coordinating deliverables with Operation teams, managing installation schedules, and developing a national logistical delivery plan. The Materials Operation Specialist is responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, completing daily activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and auditing materials, conducting inventory counts, entering materials into the IES Inventory database, maintaining warehouse quality, and operating forklifts and company vehicles.
