At our Sparks branch, our dedicated Helpdesk Administrators and Lead Helpdesk Administrator play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of IES's technological infrastructure. They are tasked with setting up and maintaining basic network operations, assembling network hardware, and providing both first and second level telephone support to resolve any arising issues. Our team ensures that all devices for employees are correctly set up and operational, including a wide range of hardware such as Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and various copiers, alongside managing Cisco network equipment and VOIP phone systems. Beyond these responsibilities, they actively identify opportunities to improve support processes, respond promptly to user inquiries regarding network access, and ensure strict adherence to privacy policies while keeping accurate inventory records and monitoring system backups, embodying our commitment to excellence and reliability in supporting IES’s operations.
