At our Cincinnati branch, our dedicated Fiber Optic Technicians and Lead Fiber Optic Technicians play a crucial role in cabling and termination projects. They possess expertise in copper termination, work area outlet installation for various settings, closet building including mounting backboards, racks, patch panels, fiber optic hardware, grounding of equipment, and completing IDC connections. Their skills extend to testing with tools like the OTDR and Fluke DTX 180, troubleshooting network-wide issues, performing both mechanical and fusion splicing, and handling all types of fiber cable installations, including indoor tight buffered multimode and single-mode fiber as well as outside plant (loose tube) fiber. Our lead technicians further distinguish themselves by managing major project crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines, coordinating with Project Managers for efficient job completion within budget, and providing training when necessary. Both roles are integral to maintaining our commitment to excellence and meeting the diverse needs of our clients in Cincinnati.
