What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Cincinnati Branch?
The Project Coordinator in Cincinnati works closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure effective communication and cooperation, while managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. They review and upload test results, measure rooms to ensure accuracy, and perform various project engineering tasks. They also coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain project calendars, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and assist the program accounting department with cost checking and analysis. Additionally, they interact and track program level billing and reporting, create and revise complex Excel spreadsheets, perform reporting audits, and provide necessary elements for weekly/monthly reports. They may also participate in project closeout activities.
