What will you do as a Sales Account Manager at our IES Communications' Cincinnati Branch?
As a Sales Account Manager in our Cincinnati branch, your primary duties will include ensuring that sales development and closure adhere to company guidelines. You will be responsible for managing overall workload distribution and developing and maintaining industry and client relationships, including with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Partners, and other stakeholders relevant to building a successful book of business. Additionally, you will foster positive internal relationships to promote team cohesion in our dynamic work environment. Monitoring and managing the prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover processes of the branch will be crucial. Providing periodic reporting on status to management and customers, reviewing and monitoring sales department goals, and addressing any inconsistencies or corrections required will also be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the senior company liaison for sales interface with customer representatives, participate in or lead sales meetings and training sessions as needed, and handle any other assigned duties. Regular attendance is mandatory.
