The Communications Technician Level I focuses on foundational tasks such as installing work area outlets, routing cables, performing pre-termination procedures, and adhering to safety and quality regulations. Progressing to a Communications Technician Level II involves more complex responsibilities including terminating CAT 3 & CAT 5 jacks, conducting continuity tests, troubleshooting cable issues, and leading crew performance for project completion. Our Lead Communications Technician takes charge of major projects, ensuring team performance, adherence to safety guidelines, and direct customer interaction for issue resolution and project updates. At the pinnacle, the Senior Lead Communications Technician oversees all project-related staff, manages customer relations, ensures project profitability, and enforces operational efficiency and quality checks, solidifying our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our telecommunications projects in Cleveland.
