In Columbus, our branch is seeking a Project Management Office Program Manager who will be responsible for implementing process improvements in project management operations to align with the company's financial goals. They will assist in recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations for project management staff, as well as review recommendations for promotions and pay changes. The Program Manager will also monitor project financial health, intervene when necessary, and ensure a high level of compliance with PM compliance metrics. Additionally, our branch is looking for a Project Management Office Systems Lead who will serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform. They will perform system administration tasks, manage system development and troubleshooting, and oversee system rollout and training for all branches and departments. The Systems Lead will work closely with internal clients and external vendors to identify functional requirements and drive solutions for multiple applications.
