What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?
Our branch in Columbus is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure effective cooperation and communication. The responsibilities of this role include preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, as well as managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. The Project Coordinator will also review test results, drawings, and physically measure rooms to ensure accuracy, and handle various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. Additionally, they will assist the program accounting department by spot checking labor, material, and subcontractor costs, and analyze cost and resource graphs to verify schedule progress. The Project Coordinator must be proficient in creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs, and will also perform reporting audits and maintain program level dashboards. They will provide all necessary elements for weekly and monthly reports and assist in project closeout as needed.
