What will you do as a Superintendent at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?
As the Superintendent in our Columbus branch, your duties will include recruiting, hiring, training, managing, supervising, promoting, disciplining, and discharging project-related staff as necessary. You will also be responsible for managing all human resource issues in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals, act as the senior company liaison for operational interface with customer representatives, and ensure project profitability and deadlines are met.
