At our Ohio branches, we're proud to have a dedicated team of Fiber Optic Technicians and Lead Fiber Optic Technicians who are the backbone of our cabling and termination operations. Our technicians possess a wide range of skills, from basic copper termination and installing work area outlets for floors, modular furniture, and walls to more complex tasks like building closets, performing continuity tests, and executing both mechanical and fusion splicing with all types of fiber cable. Under the guidance of our Lead Fiber Technicians, who not only manage major project crews but also ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, our teams work diligently to maintain IES COMMUNICATIONS' commitment to excellence, completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, and ensuring that every job meets our high standards and complies with TIA/EIA standards for multimode & single-mode fiber.
