What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Eugene Branch?
Our branch in Eugene is currently seeking both a Junior Network Administrator and a Senior Network Administrator to join our team. As Junior Network Administrator, your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, you will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems, perform diagnostics of network issues, and provide support to the IT team. Hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. As Senior Network Administrator, your role will involve ensuring that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, as well as providing first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. You will also perform diagnostics of network issues, provide support to the IT team, and provide remote IT support with remote control software. Similar to the Junior Network Administrator, you will be supporting the same hardware and providing technical support to users. Both positions will require performing network troubleshooting, configuring network devices, assisting with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems, and supporting server maintenance.
