The Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing programs for continuous improvement and tracking of fade/gain in projects, while also conducting training needs assessments and designing new training programs. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, recruits and trains staff, and provides technical sales support.
