What will you do as a Program Manager at our IES Communications' Eugene Branch?
As Program Manager for our branch in Eugene, your duties will include leading and managing all aspects of low voltage projects from initiation to completion. This involves ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, Division Manager, and VP of Operations to define the program vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement for program processes and tools. Additionally, you will supervise, mentor, and guide a team of experts, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment to maximize productivity and creativity. You will also coordinate ongoing communication between the Sales and Pre-Construction teams, serve as the primary point of contact for the client, and establish and maintain a strong relationship with them. Other responsibilities include developing project scope, budget, and resource plans, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and implementing quality control measures. You will also be responsible for documentation and reporting, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating stakeholder communication. Finally, you will be accountable for business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the program.
