They gather information from process development teams and subject matter experts to develop and implement technical documents during process development or revisions phases. Our Technical Writers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining documentation while ensuring quality targets and timelines are met. They create and edit high-quality text following corporate guidelines, documentation standards, and templates. Additionally, they interact with process development teams to create, review, approve, and publish documentation, providing guidance and direction when needed. Our Technical Writers also communicate effectively with process teams and designated department personnel during documentation development and publishing, ensuring monitoring and evaluation of published documentation. They also contribute to improving existing documentation practices.
