They provide smart-hands assistance across various sites within specified SLA response times, contribute to site cleanliness, and engage in detailed documentation and record-keeping practices, with on-call duties as needed.
The Lead Data Center Technician coordinates all scheduled data center MACs, oversees cable work order MACs, testing, and certification, and maintains rigorous documentation standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining a secure operating environment, managing ticketing and service calls, and ensuring compliance with data retention practices. Additionally, they are responsible for troubleshooting, supporting standard and emergency operations procedures, and contributing to the development and monitoring of performance measures and processes for audit and operational compliance.
