What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Portland Branch?
Our Portland branch is seeking Junior and Senior Network Administrators to install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will provide first and second level telephone support, identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics of network issues, and provide remote IT support with remote control software. They will also assist the IT team in server maintenance and other responsibilities as assigned. The hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment.
