What will you do as an Office Manager at our IES Communications' Salem Branch?
The Office Manager in our Salem branch will be responsible for analyzing and researching various files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports, and tracking material. They will establish and maintain job books/files, develop reports for manufacturer's rebates and certifications, and review and authorize the ordering of office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Additionally, they will evaluate time sheets, expense and mileage reports for reimbursement, make travel arrangements, and oversee the branch petty cash/checkbook. The Office Manager will also coordinate sales meetings and training, calculate sales quotas and incentives, supervise the receptionist, and field customer sales calls. The Office Support Manager in our Salem branch will have similar duties, including analyzing and researching files, establishing and maintaining job books/files, and managing division support staff. They will also drive proactive approaches and reporting related to billing, procurement, job openings/contracts, and document control. The Office Support Manager will be responsible for division process analysis and improvement, as well as process flow development. Both positions will require experience, judgment, creativity, flexibility, and other assigned responsibilities.
