Our branch in Salem is home to a team of dedicated employees who work as Payroll Compliance Analysts and Auditors, as well as Senior Payroll Specialists. As Payroll Compliance Analysts and Auditors, they meticulously review time and attendance reports on a daily basis, identifying errors and exceptions to policy. They also review Lunch/Break Penalty Hours and ensure project coding and labor hour allocation adhere to regulations. Collaborating with managers, they ensure identified errors are corrected and promote a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. These employees maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership while communicating and collaborating with multiple departments and team members to ensure program success. In addition, our Senior Payroll Specialists handle the data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They address employee and business partner queries, process off-cycle pay, and compile Certified Payroll reporting. They also assist with payroll expense and accruals, as well as month-end analysis and adjusting journal entries.
