What will you do as a Software Tester at our IES Communications' Salem Branch?
Our branch in Salem is currently seeking a Junior Tester who will be responsible for documenting test cases, executing them, and reporting any identified issues. They will also verify fixes, maintain test documentation, and work with the development team to identify defects. The Junior Tester will participate in the software development life cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the process. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and guide others on a wide variety of complex problems, coordinate new development activities, manage routine and special projects, and oversee and provide guidance to peers. Other responsibilities include reporting staff productivity, reviewing test plans, participating in system testing activities, performing user acceptance testing, conducting training for stakeholders, and reporting errors to developers.
