Additionally, they maintain progress reports, provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure program success. The Senior Payroll Specialist, on the other hand, processes data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay and special payments, and calculate and maintain manual garnishments. They also compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting and assist with monthly journal entries and analysis. Both roles may have additional responsibilities as assigned.
