Our employees in Austin as Sales Operations Support Specialists are responsible for receiving and processing incoming webmail warranty requests. They ensure that warranties are properly processed on the manufacturer's website and save all relevant documents in the IES drive. These specialists become familiar with each manufacturer's warranty registration process and procedure and self-manage their assigned workload distribution. They also monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates and maintain organized information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management. Additionally, they provide labeling services for our Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests and the creation of complex Excel spreadsheets. The Sales Support Specialists in Austin are responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and preparing customer proposal responses, and assisting with opening jobs and compiling information. They enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements.
