They also review Lunch/Break Penalty Hours and ensure project coding and labor hour allocation compliance. They work closely with managers to correct identified errors and promote adherence to Time and Attendance policies. Additionally, they maintain progress reports, provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure program success. The Senior Payroll Specialist, on the other hand, processes data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries and analyze and process off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments, and reversals. They also perform manual garnishment calculations, compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting, and assist with payroll expense and accruals. Both roles may have other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
