Our Director of Quality and Development leads the charge, overseeing a talented team including Quality Managers, Soft Skills Trainers, and administrative staff to ensure the instructional design of training materials meets the highest standards for learning solutions across various delivery methods. This role is pivotal in understanding both internal and external customer needs to develop effective quality control processes and foster collaboration across departments for unified success. On the ground, our Quality Training Specialist and Senior Quality Training Specialist work tirelessly to develop trade-related, project management, and delivery training with hands-on demonstrations and comprehensive assessments, ensuring our employees are well-prepared to excel in their job functions. Meanwhile, our Soft Skills Trainer focuses on enhancing interpersonal skills through diverse training methods, contributing significantly to employee development and performance improvement. Together, these positions embody our commitment to excellence, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within our Texas operations while maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment for all staff members.
