In our Dallas branch, the Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation and management of data center services. The DCIS Project Manager is tasked with overseeing project teams, ensuring profitability, managing customer interactions, and participating in the delivery and installation processes to meet both customer and company goals effectively. This includes handling HR-related functions, quality, safety issues, financial reporting, and process improvements while also being hands-on with server/network equipment installations and configurations. On the other hand, the Data Center Supervisor focuses on operational excellence within the data center, executing all scheduled Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), hardware installations, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. They manage team schedules, conduct 1:1 meetings, oversee asset management, provide smart-hands assistance, and maintain documentation, all while upholding site security and readiness. Both positions require advanced knowledge in server and network infrastructure, embodying a commitment to excellence and innovation in supporting our Dallas operations.
