From Level I to Lead Data Center Technician, team members are engaged in a wide range of tasks including scheduled Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), hardware and cabling support work orders, asset management, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Each level brings a deeper expertise and responsibility, from direct support and smart-hands assistance across various sites within specified SLA response times at Level I, advancing through to coordinating equipment installation and delivery schedules, troubleshooting, and potentially serving as interim Team Lead at higher levels. Our technicians also focus on maintaining a secure and efficient operating environment, detailed documentation, and regular status reporting on service availability, performance, and capacity utilization, ensuring our Dallas data center operates smoothly and securely.
