What duties do our PMO employees do at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?
As the Project Management Office Program Manager in our Dallas branch, your duties will include creating and implementing program-specific process improvements in project management operations that align with the company's financial goals. You will also assist in recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations for project management staff, as well as reviewing recommendations for promotions and pay changes. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentoring to meet company goals, monitor project financial health, ensure compliance with PM metrics, and assist in the development of project execution plans. Your role will also involve managing scopes of work, participating in financial review meetings, and acting as a company liaison for customer interface. Supporting EHS processes and procedures is also a crucial responsibility. As the Project Management Office Systems Lead, you will be the point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform, performing system administration tasks and managing system development, design, engineering, architecture, networking, and configuration. You will also oversee system rollout, training, and usage monitoring for all IES branches/departments, troubleshoot system issues, and lead future functionality and system development. Additionally, you will conduct process evaluations, work with stakeholders to identify and interpret their needs, and collaborate with internal and external partners to document functional requirements. You will also identify problems, drive solutions, and implement them for multiple applications within multiple functions. Reporting individual productivity and facilitating stakeholder meetings are part of your responsibilities as well.
