What will you do as a Program Manager at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?

As Program Manager in our Dallas branch, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of low voltage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, Division Manager, and VP of Operations to define the program vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Supervising and guiding a team of experts, including Project Managers, Field Engineers, Technicians, and support staff, you will foster a collaborative and empowering work environment to maximize productivity and creativity. Coordinating communication between the Sales and Pre-Construction teams, you will ensure program goals are achieved and that IES standards and customer requirements are met. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will establish and maintain strong relationships, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries. Managing project scope, budget, and resource plans, you will monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to established parameters. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers, you will procure necessary equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Keeping up to date with industry regulations and safety standards, you will ensure project and team member adherence to guidelines. Identifying potential risks, you will develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges during project execution. Implementing quality control measures, you will maintain the highest standards of workmanship, emphasizing zero punch list items. Developing and implementing program standards for project documentation and reporting, you will maintain accurate and up to date records for management and customer review. Driving continuous improvement, you will enhance efficiency, productivity, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Coordinating communication between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will manage requirements and expectations. You will also be accountable for business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the program.
