What duties do our Sales employees do at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?
Our branch in Dallas is currently seeking a Sales Tax Compliance Specialist who will provide support to internal customers for tax-related issues, review tax certificates and packages for accuracy and completeness, conduct tax research and interpretation, review sales tax applications for accuracy and policy compliance, act as a liaison between the tax department and external service providers, stay updated on changes in tax legislation, identify and recover sales/use tax exposure amounts, handle specific tax questions from Operations and Sales, document and update compliance procedures, recommend process improvements, and participate in tax compliance migrations for new systems.
