What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?
Our branch in Dallas is currently seeking Junior System Administrators and System Administrators to join our team. As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, you will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics of systems issues, and provide support to the IT team. Hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. On the other hand, as a System Administrator, you will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will provide second and third level telephone support and problem resolution, perform diagnostics of network issues, and provide support to the IT team. Hardware supported will include Lenovo servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and various network equipment. Both roles require providing network, PC, and software technical support to users, assisting with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems, and assisting the IT team in server maintenance.
