Our branch in Houston is currently seeking employees for the positions of Project Manager Assistant. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, timekeeping, and records management. You will also handle project-related financial documents processing and provide periodic reports on project progress and quality and safety issues. Additionally, you will coordinate project financial documents and billing/invoicing issues, as well as act as the project administrator for customer interactions. Other responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, assisting with program accounting, and maintaining attendance databases. Minimal to low-level travel may be required for site visits.
