What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Houston Branch?
Our branch in Houston is currently seeking candidates for two positions: Sales Operations Support Specialist and Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for receiving warranty requests via webmail, processing warranties on the manufacturer website, and saving documents in the IES drive. They must become familiar with each manufacturer's warranty registration process and procedure, self-manage their workload, and monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates. Additionally, they will maintain information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management, run revenue reviews and project visibility reports, provide labeling services for the Tempe branch, and assist with customer submittal requests and Excel spreadsheets. The Sales Support Specialist, on the other hand, will be responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing prequal folders, setting up new vendors/customers/subcontractors, assisting the sales team with RFPs/RFQs and customer proposal responses, and maintaining various project folders. They will also assist with web ID openings, compiling job information, updating bid documents, and enforcing company policies and safety requirements. Both positions may have additional responsibilities as assigned.
