Project Manager Assistant Jobs in San Antonio TX

Our branch in San Antonio is seeking employees for the role of Project Manager Assistant. This position involves performing various administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, timekeeping, and records management. The assistant will also be responsible for processing project-related financial documents, monitoring project progress, and reporting any quality and safety issues to the supervisor. They will coordinate and maintain project financial documents and handle billing and invoicing matters. The assistant will act as the project administrator for customer interactions and will be involved in implementing project process improvements. They must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Other responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, assisting the accounting department, screening calls, tracking vacation and time off requests, and maintaining attendance records. The assistant will also be involved in tracking program-level billing and metrics, maintaining dashboard reports, and conducting audits for compliance. They should have strong Excel skills and be able to create and revise complex spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs. Some travel may be required, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
