As employees of our branch in San Antonio, the Quality Manager and Director of Quality and Development work closely together to establish and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications across all business units. They define and train quality procedures to the team and operations staff, review reports to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. They proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance, and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
