At our Bluffdale branch, we're proud of the dynamic roles that keep our operations thriving, particularly those of our Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor. The DCIS Project Manager is a linchpin in our team, focusing on assembling and guiding a dedicated project staff through recruitment, training, management, and potentially disciplinary actions to ensure alignment with our company's policies and objectives. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including workload distribution, maintaining project profitability, quality and safety oversight, financial reporting, and acting as a primary liaison with our clients, all while being hands-on with server/network equipment installations and configurations.
