What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Bluffdale Branch?
Our Bluffdale branch offers two positions in the IT department: Junior Network Administrator and Senior Network Administrator. Both positions involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They also provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, diagnose network issues, and configure network devices. The Senior Network Administrator additionally ensures that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed and assists with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems. Both positions offer remote IT support and require supporting various hardware, including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and Cisco network equipment.
