What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Provo Branch?
As employees of our Provo branch, both the Junior Network Administrator and Senior Network Administrator are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, and identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems. They also perform diagnostics of network issues, provide support to the IT team, and offer remote IT support with remote control software. Additionally, they are responsible for configuring network devices for new deployments, assisting with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems, and performing other responsibilities as assigned.
