What will you do as a Quality Manager at our IES Communications' Provo Branch?
As our Quality Manager in Provo, you will work closely with the Director of Quality and Development to establish the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all business units. You will define and train quality procedures to our team and operations staff, ensuring that manufacturers' specifications are met and customer requirements are satisfied. Additionally, you will proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance, and make suggestions for changes and improvements. You will also use relevant quality tools to ensure that managers and other staff understand how to improve the business, monitor the team to confirm that we are working as effectively as possible, and act as a customer advocate. Lastly, you will mentor team members to achieve their professional and personal goals and perform any other duties as assigned.
