As our employees in Provo, the Sales & Marketing Sr Support Manager is responsible for driving the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed organizational goals. They oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. They also lead, mentor, and support the Sales & Marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth. Additionally, they analyze market research and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion and product enhancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The Sales & Mktg Support role supports the sales team by generating and qualifying leads through market research and promotional activities. They assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, product data sheets, and newsletters. They also maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales progress. Additionally, they collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, such as trade shows and webinars, ensuring they align with sales strategies. They monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns to help refine future strategies.
The Sales and Marketing Administrative Support role is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, updating proposal and pre-qualification documents, and tracking pre-qualifications on an Excel Spreadsheet. They assist the sales team with RFPs, organizing and preparing customer proposal binders, and create tracking for Bid Proposal Support. They also assist with organizing RFPs and RFQs, organize and maintain the Prequal and Proposal Folders, create presentations, charts, graphs, and reports, and enforce Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Safety requirements. Other responsibilities as assigned.
