These positions focus on daily leadership and support for our Contract Admin/Doc Control staff, driving continuous improvement across departmental processing functions. Both roles actively collaborate with Human Resources to oversee the lifecycle of employee management—from recruitment and training to performance evaluation and potential disciplinary actions—always aligning with company policies.
