What will you do as an Infrastructure Technician at our IES Communications' Salt Lake City Branch?

At our Salt Lake City branch, Infrastructure Technicians and Level II Technicians are integral to our operations, meticulously measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit with precision tools such as rules, conduit benders, Chicago Benders, and Dual trigger bandsaws. They take pride in building infrastructure from the ground up, including mounting backboards for closets, ensuring proper grounding for racks, equipment, and cables, and fabricating and installing various types of conduits and raceway systems. Our Lead Infrastructure Technician elevates our projects by running major project crews efficiently, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines, coordinating closely with Project Managers to align on productivity and budget compliance, and serving as the primary onsite contact for our clients. Together, we uphold the highest standards in completing all paperwork accurately and on time, participating in quality and safety regulations, and continuously training to enhance our performance and service delivery in Salt Lake City.
