Our branch in Chantilly is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing, supervising, promoting, disciplining, and discharging project-related staff. They will effectively manage all human resource issues according to company policies and procedures, and escalate any necessary matters. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals, managing workload distribution, monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress, and ensuring project profitability. Additionally, they will review job cost postings, prepare invoices, handle customer collections, and provide periodic financial reporting. The Senior Project Manager will manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, handle quality and safety issues, act as the company liaison with customer representatives, and implement account process improvements.
