What will you do as a Strategic Accounts Director at our IES Communications' Chantilly Branch?

The Director of Strategic Accounts in Chantilly is responsible for ensuring that Program Managers effectively handle and escalate any human resource issues according to company policies and procedures. They review the recommendations made by Program Managers regarding the performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes of Project Managers. The Director provides guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to meet customer and company goals and objectives. They also approve recommendations for subordinate Project Managers' performance ratings and develop strategies to manage and monitor project profitability. Additionally, they review financial reporting to both customers and management, manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, act as a company liaison with customers, and implement account process improvements. Other responsibilities are assigned as needed.
