At our branch in Chantilly, our employees in the Fabrication Warehouse Manager role are responsible for managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the warehouse. They forecast and manage staffing needs, develop and manage internal orders, and ensure safety, quality, and tooling needs are met. They also coordinate deliverables with Operation teams, develop a CAD/BIM program for installation needs, and manage schedules via a Gantt chart. Additionally, they handle tooling and inventory management and develop a national logistical delivery plan. The Materials Operation Specialist is responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, as well as conducting daily activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, auditing, and issuing materials. They also manage inventory counts and maintain the IES facility. The Warehouse Assistant assists with packaging, labeling, and tagging inventory, conducts daily activities, and maintains warehouse quality. They may operate forklifts and company vehicles and follow 5S organization and Lean principles. Our Warehouse employees receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, pick and pack orders accurately, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a clean and organized environment. The Warehouse Assistant also completes these tasks and ensures proper handling of goods.
