What duties do our PMO employees do at our IES Communications' Charlottesville Branch?
Our branch in Charlottesville is currently seeking employees for two positions within the Project Management Office. The first position is the Program Manager, who will be responsible for implementing process improvements in project management operations that align with the company's financial goals. They will also assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of project management staff, as well as monitor project financial health and intervene when necessary. The second position is the Systems Lead, who will act as a subject matter expert for the Service Now platform and perform system administration tasks, development, troubleshooting, and training for all branches and departments. They will also work closely with internal clients and external vendors to identify and document functional requirements, and drive automation opportunities to enhance customer experience. Both positions have additional responsibilities as assigned.
