As employees of our branch in Charlottesville, our Sales & Marketing Sr Support Manager is responsible for driving the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed organizational goals. They oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. They also lead, mentor, and support the Sales & Marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth. Additionally, they analyze market research and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion and product enhancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our Sales & Mktg Support team supports the sales team by generating and qualifying leads through market research and promotional activities. They assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events. They also monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. Lastly, our Sales and Marketing Administrative Support team is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, updating proposal and pre-qualification documents, tracking pre-qualifications, assisting with RFPs, organizing and preparing customer proposal binders, creating tracking for Bid Proposal Support, organizing RFPs and RFQs, and enforcing company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements.
